Shipping and Returns
ZNutrition ships via FedEx Ground service.
Returns
If you find yourself less than completely satisfied with your purchase, we're dedicated to assisting you. ZNutrition may entertain returns of products bought directly from ZNutritionus.com under the following conditions:
- The product was delivered within the past 15 days.
- The product remains unopened, with its seal intact, and in its original packaging.
- You possess the packing slip, order confirmation, or proof of purchase from ZNutritionus.com.
Items not meeting these criteria will not be eligible for return. Upon receiving your return and confirming it meets all requirements (refer to Return Policy), reimbursements will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that ZNutrition reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time, along with the authority to thoroughly investigate any claims we suspect to be unfounded or fraudulent.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. We cannot cancel any order that has been shipped.
Exchanges
ZNutrition does not accept exchanges. If you would like to return a product, please see our return policy.
Apparel, Promo Items, & Samples
All apparel, free promotional items, and samples are final sale. If you received any promotional items, we cannot offer a replacement or exchange.
Retailers & Amazon
We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers. Please review the return policy for the store the product was purchased from. For all orders originating from Amazon, please reach out to Amazon Customer Service at 1-866-216-1072.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Merchandise
We make every effort to make sure our provider safely and securely ships your order. We understand that on rare occasion, merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
